Dundee Stars have released Tim Kraus

Dundee Stars' head coach, Jeff Hutchins, has confirmed that he has released American forward Tim Kraus.

Hutchins said yesterday: "Tim's a great guy in the room and I can't fault his professionalism. Unfortunately it hasn't worked out for him on the ice and I've had to let him go. I wish Tim every success in the future."

The Stars are in Gardiner Conference action this weekend when they face the Hull Stingrays, on the road this evening and again at Dundee Ice Arena tomorrow evening.

Face off for Sunday's game is at the usual time of 6.30pm.
