Dundee’s newest taxi fleet was
formed in 2002 by combining Computer
Cabs and Discovery Taxis, both of whom
have served Dundee & Broughty Ferry
for several years. The company has
invested heavily in the latest technology
and currently has over 200 drivers
working various shifts to provide a
service which is never unavailable.
All taxis in the fleet are computerised
and we can offer all the latest services
to our customers whether they are businesses
or private individuals. We operate throughout
Dundee and can offer ancillary services
including contract work, minibus hire,
wheelchair transport, golf outings, weddings,
executive hire anywhere in mainland Britain.
Additionally,
505050 Taxis have launched a new service
for the disabled section of the community.
All operators within 505050 who have
provided disabled accessible taxis
under
the regulations adopted by Dundee City
Council have grouped together to form “outandabout” which
is aimed at giving everyone the opportunity
to get out and about with their families
/ carers. They can then enjoy outings
and will choose when to go, where to
go, and what to do!!
