Marc LeFebvre’s men will be looking to rebound after back-to-back defeats against the Nottingham Panthers in Elite League action. Otto Nieminen netted his first goal as a Dundee Star on Saturday against his former club, while Griffin Luce, Spencer Naas, Bradley Schoonbaert, and Hampus Olsson also found the back of the net over the weekend.
The Flyers, meanwhile, are coming off a tough weekend that saw them fall 3-1 on the road and 5-2 at home to the Belfast Giants. Jeremy Masella scored the lone goal in Belfast, while Ethan Somoza and Didrik Svendsen got on the scoresheet in the return fixture.

Dundee and Fife have met three times this season, with the Flyers taking two victories. Spencer Naas and Bradley Schoonbaert lead the Stars with two goals apiece, while Hampus Olsson and Matt Berry have also found the back of the net. Johan Porsberger leads the Flyers with four goals across the three games, while Josh Winquist tops the team in points with eight, closely followed by Ethan Somoza on six.
“We’ve got to keep climbing the Cup standings, which so far has been going well,” said LeFebvre ahead of the matchup. “We know what we’re in for when we go to Fife — it’s a tough building, and they’re going to try and keep themselves in the Cup as well. They haven’t had a great run on games recently and will want to turn that around, so it’s going to be a tough challenge for us.”
