Marc LeFebvre’s men are coming off a massive Tayside Derby victory over the Fife Flyers on Sunday after suffering a road defeat to Coventry the night before.
“I’m happy for the guys,” said LeFebvre post win. “Everyone bought in and played with lots of energy and physicality right from the get-go. It was nice to see some of the guys dropping the gloves as well, but we need to carry this on.”
Dundee and Guildford have met three times this season, with the Stars claiming two wins.

The first encounter came on Halloween night in Tayside, where the Stars secured a 5-2 victory, before the Flames responded with an 8-1 win in Guildford a month later.
Dundee bounced back in the most recent meeting just over a month ago, earning a 4-3 victory on home ice.
The Flames enter this contest off the back of a tough weekend that saw them suffer defeats to the Fife Flyers and Cardiff Devils.
Ethan Strang has recorded 10 points in his last seven games, while Cole Ully is looking to extend a seven-game point streak that has seen him register 12 points.
“Guildford play a different style of game to a lot of other teams. There’s a lot of finesse to their game and they play with a lot of speed, so we need to nullify that as much as possible and make them play defence,” added LeFebvre.
