VENUE FACILITIES

Dundee Ice Arena offers:

Disabled parking spaces, these are located outside the front door and ample parking across the entire site
Accessible toilets, which can be found on the first floor and can be accessed using the lift
Wheelchair spaces on the viewing platform or at ice level around the plexi glass
Free ticket for an essential aid (subject to availability)

ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS

We offer a number of essential companion or carers tickets (subject to availability) at a discount or no additional cost. This is eligible to customers who meet the criteria and would be unable to attend an event without the support of another person, who can assist in the event of an emergency. These tickets need to be applied for by emailing us with your ticket requirements to [email protected]

ACCESSIBLE AREAS

Wheelchair spaces can be found on the viewing platform, next to the big bar, this accesible via the lift. Additional spaces are available around the arena at ice level beside the plexi glass.

Tickets within the wheelchair areas can be purchased online, please buy a Concession ticket for section M or around the plexi glass for your companion, wheelchair users enter the arena free of charge.

Companions can the use a fold out chair on the viewing platform or stand around the plexi glass.

We strongly recommend that customers with disabilities notify us at the time of booking of any additional requirements or assistance needs in order to offer the best possible service,

TRAVEL GUIDE

Disabled parking bays are available outside Dundee Ice Arena close to the front door. The car park operates on a first come first served basis only for all parking spaces. Blue badge holders must display their blue badges at all times whilst parked.

ARRIVAL GUIDE

Entry into the venue is either via the main entrance at the front of the building or to the rear of the building for season ticket holders.

Staff and volunteers are on hand at games to provide assistance if required.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

There is a unisex, wheelchair-accessible toilet complete with baby changing facilities in the Dundee Ice Arena on the first floor, this is accessible via the lift to the bar.

CUSTOMERS WITH MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Dundee Ice Arena has a strict no food or drink policy in terms of items brought into the venue. However, we do welcome visitors who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition. To ensure we know about your needs we encourage customers to inform us in advance of events.

There is a First Aid Room on the ground floor of the arena. Qualified medical staff are on duty when the arena is open to the public at all times. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify a steward who will radio for medical assistance.

Should you require a private area for personal care (e.g. private changing facilities) please speak to the staff who should be able to assist you.

STROBE LIGHTING

Strobe lighting is not used at Dundee Stars games.

ACCESSIBLE SEASON TICKETS

Current Accessible season ticket holders will be able to login and renew their tickets as normal from 8 May – 12 June 2026. Fans looking to purchase a new Accessible Season Ticket will need to contact the Ticketing Department on [email protected] to purchase their seats.

ESSENTIAL COMPANION SEASON TICKETS

Accessible Season Ticket holders may be entitled to one complimentary Essential Companion ticket. This ticket is provided to support a companion who is responsible for assisting the season ticket holder, including in the event of an emergency, and must not be used independently — companions cannot attend games without the person they are assigned to support. Essential Companion tickets are strictly for this purpose and are issued on the understanding that the season ticket holder would otherwise be unable to attend without this support.

As such, companion tickets are not eligible for participation in any buyback schemes or ticket exchange programmes, and do not qualify for season ticket holder benefits, including discounts or entry into monthly prize draws.
