Welcome to this week’s instalment of the Dundee Stars A-Z series. Today, we bring you the only player in Stars history, who’s name began with the letter ‘Y.

PLAYERS 

Young, Scott – Had played in the British hockey leagues for nine years before joining the Stars in 2001.

The Canadian would play as a Star in three different British National League seasons between 2001 and 2004.

In 73 appearances for the club, Young scored 53 goals and 78 points for a total of 131 points, giving him a points-per-game average of 1.79.
