Brady Risk opened the scoring in Glasgow, giving the Clan a 1-0 lead at 10:19 with a one-timer from the high slot past Emil Kruse.
Dundee quickly responded through Otto Nieminen at 11:49, capitalising on a defensive breakdown in the Clan zone and snapping the puck under the pads of Sami Aittokallio.
After a strong save by Kruse on Darien Kielb, Austin Mitchell-King fed Robert Lachowicz, who beat the Stars’ netminder with a spinning backhand at 13:17 to restore the Clan’s lead.
Jonathan McBean was assessed a two-minute minor for tripping, and Mick Messner converted on the ensuing powerplay at 17:51, wiring a wrist shot from the high slot past Kruse to make it 3-1.
Brett Neumann added another late in the first period, picking up a feed from Rylan Schwartz and blasting a one-timer into the Stars’ net at 19:27 to extend the lead to 4-1.

Neumann scored his second of the night on the powerplay at 22:46, tapping the puck past a sprawling Jarrett Fiske — who had entered in relief of Kruse to start the second period — to make it 5-1.
Hugo Roy made it 6-1 at 24:03, finishing off a two-on-one rush with a shot that deflected off a defender and into the net.
Keanu Yamamoto pulled a goal back and scored his third of the weekend at 33:46, taking advantage of sustained pressure in the Clan zone and firing home from the high slot to make it 6-2.

Glasgow scored the lone goal of the third period through Risk, who sealed a 7-2 win with a powerplay one-timer from the high slot past Fiske at 50:36.
