A bucket collection will be undertaken on the night, so please give, if you can! You can buy game night tickets HERE!
At Sunday night’s game, we will be raising awareness and vital funds for local charity Dundee Bairns.
Genna Miller, from Dundee Bairns commented;
“We are delighted to announce Brodie and Skye Worsley as the designers of the Dundee Stars charity shirt.”
We thought that the design made by brother and sister represents strength in relationships, teamwork, and determination that is so characteristic of the work that we do as a charity.”
Skye led on the design, taking inspiration from her ice skating lessons that she has been enjoying.”
We are so grateful to Dundee Stars for the opportunity for the children and for our continued special partnership that allows us to help grow and develop our charitable services within the community.”
A huge well done to Brodie and Skye – we cannot wait to see the team on the ice wearing your incredible design. A huge thanks from #teamdundeebairns”
This morning, Craig Garrigan and Brython Preece visited Claypotts Castle Primary school to present Brodie and Skye with their own jerseys in front of a packed out full school assembly.
Our fans will have the opportunity to own one of these game worn jerseys by bidding during our online auction, which will go live soon!
Bids will start at £100 per jersey and will increase by £5 after each bid.
Dundee Bairns are soon to undertake their food provision deliveries throughout the Easter school holidays and are recruiting new volunteers to deliver food provisions throughout all school holidays and afterschool clubs!
Dundee Bairns are also on the lookout for other volunteers for admin roles, graphic design, social media/website and any other skill set, that will enrich the work they do now and hope to achieve in the future.
