Scott Dutertre’s men are coming off a 3-0 loss to the Glasgow Clan last night in Challenge Cup action, marking their first defeat to the Braehead side this season.
“There was definitely a different energy there and it’s a fresh start for them, which we knew coming in,” reflected Dutertre post-game. “For the most part, I did like a lot of things that we did in our game, there were just a couple of times we had breakdowns. For us to be successful, we have to have everybody working hard and unfortunately we had a few passengers.”

Dundee and Fife last met two weeks ago at the Fife Ice Arena, where the Stars skated away with a 4-3 victory.
Matt DeBoer, Kris Inglis, Travis Ewanyk and Craig Moore found the back of the net, while Gary Haden recorded a three-point night. Carl Stankowski was sharp in net, making 48 saves and posting a .941 save percentage.
Since then, Tim Wallace’s side have recorded just one win in their last four games, which came the following night in Glasgow.
They are coming off a tough weekend, which saw them fall 6-2 to the Manchester Storm at home before losing 6-3 on the road to the Sheffield Steelers.
Face-off for this Halloween showdown is scheduled for 7pm.
