The Kitmart Dundee Stars are delighted to welcome back Gibson of Tayport as corporate sponsors for a fourth consecutive season.

Gibson of Tayport director Andrea Baker commented;

“Gibson of Tayport Funeral Directors are thrilled to sponsor the Dundee Stars for a 4th consecutive season.”

We are a small independent business providing traditional, simple or bespoke funeral services throughout the local and surrounding areas.”

Assisting families at such a difficult time is an honour and we take great pride in what we do.”

Advertising with the Dundee Stars, being a player sponsor and interacting with the team’s fan base, has helped our business grow and for that we are hugely thankful.”

Anyway enough of the professional stuff and back to the hockey talk…..

It’s amazing how things change!!!

As a toddler, my dad had to drag me to the rink to watch a game with him, now I’m wishing the weeks away just to get a hockey fix and if there’s a road trip……sign me up!!

The decision to come on board as a corporate sponsor, having held a season ticket for a few years and developing a great love for the sport, was a simple one.

We wish the team, management and wider hockey community the very best of luck for season 2020-21.

Commercial Manager Michael Ward commented;

“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Andrea Baker and Gibson of Tayport back on board as corporate sponsors for a 4th consecutive season.”

Andrea has been a fantastic supporter of the club over the seasons and especially so during these unprecedented and difficult times.”

Andrea has gone above and beyond to show her support of the club and the sport in the city.”

We couldn’t thank her enough and I look forward to working with Andrea again over the coming season.”
