There were 21 players who iced for the Stars this season and forward, Kevin Dufour scored the most goals out of all of them, as he lit the lamp 32 times.

Therefore, it was no surprise that Dufour’s linemate, Anthony Beauregard had the most assists in all competitions with 32 and the pair finished tied for the most points with 55 each.

Latvian winger, Egils Kalns picked up the most penalty minutes throughout the season, as he spent 61 minutes in the sin bin and for a second consecutive year, Dundee had the lowest penalty minutes per game across the entire Elite League.

In terms of special teams, the Stars scored 44 goals from 229 powerplay opportunities this season, which gives them a success rate of 19.21 per cent and Dufour bagged the most goals whilst on the man advantage with seven.

Meanwhile, Beauregard netted three shorthanded goals across the season and the Tayside team had a penalty kill percentage of 81.68 per cent after killing off 165 of the 202 powerplays against them.

Beauregard also scored the most game-winning-goals for the team, as he netted the point clinching goals on five occasions but it was Dufour and goalkeeper, Alex Leclerc who were tied for the most Man of the Match awards, as both players were voted the MVP on 10 occasions.

The Stars Canadian netminder also made an impressive 1773 saves this season and ended the year with a 3.35 goals against average and 89.91 save percentage.

Leclerc also saved 11 out of the 16 penalty shots he faced in this campaign and Kalns scored the most for Dundee and had a 100 per cent record after converting both his efforts.

Point Streaks

Four players ended the year on a point-streak and they were led by Shawn Boutin and Brett Stovin, who collected three points in the final two games.

Also, forwards, Jordan Cownie and Matt Carter had point-streaks as they collected a point per game in last pair of matches.

This season the total attendance for all Dundee Stars games, home and away surpassed 125,000 and there were more than 108,000 people in attendance for league matches.
