Dundee Stars can confirm Riley Stadel will be out of action for between 4 to 6 weeks with a hand injury.

Riley suffered the injury in last Sunday’s home game against Braehead Clan.

Following the news, Stars GM Omar Pacha commented, “it is really unfortunate to lose Riley. He has been a key part of our team since day 1 and he was playing his best hockey of the season. Nothing changes in our goal to make the playoffs. We are hoping to get Riley back for the last crucial part of the season’.

Everyone at the club wishes Riley a speedy recovery.
