Quaile, Dylan – Was added to the Stars Gardiner Conference winning team in January 2014 and the Canadian made a total of 25 appearances for the club during his fourth months in Scotland. Quaile scored once and set up eight more goals that season and later joined the Stars bitter rivals, Fife Flyers in the 2019-2020 campaign.
Quick, Kevin – Joined the Stars for the 2014-2015 season and the 2006 NHL Draft Pick played in a total of 62 games for Dundee. In his one season on Tayside, Quick scored four goals and assisted 23 times and the American defender went on to play for fellow EIHL outfit, Nottingham Panthers.
Quinn, Ciaran – Played a total of eight games for the Stars during the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons, while also icing for Team GB Under 18’s at the World Junior Championships.
