DLR Media has become the official brand partner of the Kitmart Dundee Stars in a one-year deal lasting until the end of the 2020 season.

The new partnership is the latest step for the Dundee Stars brand as it aims to “reinforce its position in the top flight of UK ice hockey.”

The company is to continue it’s growth within within the sports industry and has seen a flurry of activity within this sector recently.

The Dundee Stars are Tayside’s professional ice hockey club currently playing in the UK’s Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). Throughout the hockey season the Stars compete with the country’s finest from Belfast, Braehead, Cardiff, Coventry, Fife, Guildford, Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield. The club are now in their tenth season in the Elite League and 18th as an established club, the organisation is going from strength to strength.

The Stars play home games at the modern 2500-capacity Dundee Ice Arena which is host to over 4000 events per year. The Arena has an annual footfall of 300,000 which includes audiences from many different backgrounds.
