We would like to provide an update on our replica jersey orders and thank everyone for their continued patience while our manufacturer works through the outstanding deliveries.
Orders 1, 2 and 3 have now been sent to the Stars. However, these orders have arrived not fully complete and we are still awaiting some jerseys from the manufacturer.
As many orders as possible will be ready to collect on Sunday.
Fans whose orders are ready for collection will receive or should have recieved an email before Sunday, confirming that their jerseys can be collected at Sunday’s game. Alternatively, orders for delivery will be posted out to customers who have selected delivery.
The manufacturer has assured us that the remaining jerseys from Orders 1, 2 and 3 will arrive in time for next week. We will be in touch with fans as soon as these jerseys arrive and are ready for collection or dispatch.
Orders 1, 2 and 3 cover all purchases made up to and including 10th September.
Subsequent orders have also been placed with the manufacturer, and we are currently awaiting delivery dates for these. For full transparency order 7 was placed this morning.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer has had to prioritise the production of official game jerseys for teams across Europe ahead of replica jerseys. This has resulted in delays beyond our control.
We sincerely apologise for the delays and any frustration this may have caused. We are hopeful that, as teams across Europe begin their seasons and their game jersey requirements are fulfilled, the backlog of replica orders will begin to clear and deliveries will return to normal 4-5 weeks rotation or sooner.
Thank you once again for your patience, understanding and continued support of the MKM Dunee Stars. We know how much these jerseys mean to our fans, and we are doing everything we can to get them to you as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide updates to fans via email as further deliveries arrive.
We also have some Home, Away and Challenge Cup jerseys in stock that can be purchased on the night at the Stars merchandise table and season ticket holders are reminded to show their season ticket at the merchadise table to receive their 10% discount on all merch.
